Nepal - Tsum Valley

A very special trekking tour in one of the most beautiful valleys in the world.

The Tsum Valley ("Hidden Valley"), stayed undiscovered for centuries and only opened for tourism in 2011. As far as one can recall, it has mostly been populated by self sustaining Tibetan tribes. The inhabitants living in these ethnic villages, with houses built out in natural stone materials, are extremely friendly and warmly open the doors to give us an insight into their daily lives. The simple meals made of Yak curd, Tsampa (barley porridge), butter tea, buck-wheat pancakes and spices, become true delicacies.

The various monasteries that are widely scattered along the valley are a gateway to secret worlds and offer us the opportunity to be amazed, relax deeply or simply meditate.

En route from the sub-tropical vast lush and rich valleys at 800m to the penurious 4,000m, with breath taking views towards the Manaslu (8,167m) and Ganesh Himal (7,422m) mountain range, we will be taking baths in fresh waterfalls, breathing crystal clear air. This will expose us to nature and ourselves like we have never experienced it before...
